What we're looking for
DSPs at Integrity are the heart of what we do. We hire for character first — the rest can be trained.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver's license & reliable transportation
- Clean state & FBI background clearances
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
- Patience, warmth, and a sense of humor
- Willingness to complete structured onboarding and required trainings

Full DSP orientation, med cert support, CPR/First Aid — on the clock.
