Based in Jenkintown and serving families across Southeastern Pennsylvania, we operate under the Office of Developmental Programs to provide community-based residential support — built on listening, trust, and the simple belief that every person deserves a home that feels like theirs.
Integrity Human Services was built on a simple idea: that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve the same things everyone else does — a say in their daily life, relationships that feel real, and a home that feels like theirs.
Our residential homes are licensed under Chapter 6400 and staffed by Direct Support Professionals trained in person-centered practices. Every plan we write starts with listening — to the individual, to the family, and to the Supports Coordinator. From there, we build routines that protect autonomy, encourage growth, and keep safety quiet in the background.
We don't take on more homes than we can personally know. That's by design.
They're on our logo for a reason. Self-direction, choice, and control aren't philosophy to us — they're the questions we ask every day about every decision.
The person leads. Our job is to understand their goals and remove the obstacles — not to decide what "good" looks like for them.
From what's for dinner to where to live, we protect the individual's right to choose. Big choices and small ones — both matter.
Real ownership over one's own life. We support, we don't direct. Autonomy is the outcome we're working toward in every routine.
